We partner with Microsoft Clarity and Microsoft Advertising to capture how you use and interact with our website through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session replay to improve and market our products/services. We may utilize specific service providers to support our services. For example, Twilio assists with certain communication functions within our platform. Twilio follows strict data protection standards, including Binding Corporate Rules for international data transfers, and maintains accountability for data protection across any associated processors.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We implement technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information, including encryption, access controls, and regular security reviews. Although no method is entirely secure, we are committed to safeguarding data.
